WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) and
other good and valuable Considerations Dollars in hand paid, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell,
CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said grantee, all that certain tract, lot, piece,
and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and
more particularly described as:
Lot 80 in Star-Valley Ranch Plat 18, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described
on the official plat thereof
Together with ail improvements and appurtenance thereon situate of in anywise
appertaining thereto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easement
and rights of way of record.
