KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Bruce G. Jacobsen, Attorney in Fact
for Theodore M. Jacobsen of the County of Salt Lake, and State of Utah, does hereby certify that
a certain mortgage made and executed by Century Equipment Company, Inc., a Utah corporation,
as mortgagor, to Theodore M. Jacobsen, an individual, acting in his individual capacity and as
agent for and on behalf of Theodore M. Jacobsen, Charlotte G. Jacobsen, Richard M. Jacobsen,
Sarah and Brian Schmidt, Bruce and Jennifer Jacobsen, Laura and Jason Dunlop, Benjamin and
Allison Jacobsen, Andrew G. Jacobsen, Paul S. Jacobsen and Charlotte G. Jacobsen, as custodian
for Scott H. Jacobsen, as mortgagee, conv~ying certain real estate therein mentioned as security
for the payment of $2,000,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of
the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the
2nd day of April, 2002, in Book lli-pf Mortgages, at page 570, and mortgaging the property
described on Exhibit "A" hereto, is with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt,
fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged; and in consideration thereof the mortgagee does
hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
