PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Blair H. Hillstead, Trustee of the Blair H.
Umstead Revocable Trust dated June 18, 1997 and Lynette Hillstead, Trustee of the
Lynette Revocable Trust dated June 18, 1m, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the
date of November 12. 2002 made and executed by M. Keith Hughes and Tracy Hughes, as
mortgagors to Blair H. Hillstead, Trustee of the Blair H. Hillstead Revocable Trust dated June
18, 1997 and Lynette Hi11stead, Trustee of the Lynette Revocable Trust dated June 18, 1997 as
mortgagee conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$155,800.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was J;'ecorded in the office of the County Clerk
and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County. State of Wyoming, on November 14, 2002
in. Book ~on page 740 mongaging the following described real estate in said County, to
WIt:
Lot 2 of the Sunny Flats 1st Amendment Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official Plat No. 173-F filed August 11, 2004 as Instrument No. 901872
of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. .
It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said
mortgage of the security thereof, in any manner or form whatsoever I as to the remainder of the
real estate mortgaged therein and thereby.
