DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good an.d \'aluable consideratioll,. in hand paid, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, and pursuant to' an m.e § 1031 tax deferred
excha.nge on behalf of Grantor, CONVEYS and WARRANTS to Mark Triplett and
Beverly Triplett, husband and \·"ife as tenants by the entireties, GRANTEE, whose
address is 6898 Napoleon Drive, Loomi~, CalHomia 95650, the following described
real estate, siluate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and
releasing all rights under a.nd by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State
of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 53 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 2, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
descri~d on the official plat thereof.
Together with and induding aU improvements thereon and all
