Northeasterty line of said Lot 41 South 36°56'17"E. 302.00 feet from the North
comer of saiq lot; thence South 53DQ4'01'W, 459.22 feet parallel with and 302.00
feet Southeasterty of the Northwesterly line of saiò lot to the Southwesterly line of
said lot, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record,
