AFFIDAVIT
OF
BOUNDARY LINE AGREEMENT
COMES NOW, Gary L. Stoor and Sharleen Stoor, whose address is P.O. Box 322, Soda
Springs, Idaho 83276 who, being duly sworn on oath according to law, do hereby make
the following statements of facts and affinn:
1. That they are the owners of part of the land adjoining Lakeview Estates Ninth
Addition to the Town of Alpine;
2. That they have reviewed the plat titled, "LAKEVIEW ESTATES NINTH
ADDITION BEING PART OF LAKEVIEW ESTATES INCORPORATED
TRACTS A-F IN THE TOWN OF ALPINE WITHIN THE SW~ SECTION 29
T37N R1l8W LINCOLN COUNTY, ~<~OMING", dated 25 August 2004, as
revised;
3. That they agree to the boundary of said Lakeview Estates Ninth Addition as shown
on said plat and quitclaims any right, title and interest they may have in land within
said Lakeview Estates Ninth Addition to the o~ers shown on said plat;
4. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws ofthe State of Wyoming;
5. This agreement is binding upon their heirs, successors and assigns;
6. The mutual promises of the landowners shall serve as consideration for this
agreement.
