Release of Morteaeee Interest
The undersigned Mortgagees, jointly and severally, hereby release all rights, interests or
claims they have pursuant to that certain Mortgage Deed, dated as of September 11, 1998
executed by Sherrie Boseman as Mortgagor and recorded on September 15, 1998 in
Book 417PR on page 376 of the Lincoln County, Wyoming public records. The
Mortgagees further warrant and represent to all the world that the above referenced
Mortgage is fully paid and all of the other terms, conditions and obligations of the
Mortagor under said Mortgage Deed have been satisfied, exonerated and/or waived and
that all rights, claims, duties or privileges that could be asserted by the Mortgagees
against the Mortgagor or against the real property described below have been terminated:
