WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made the p/!/i'r day of September, 2005 by and between the
CENTURY EQUIPMENT COMPANY, LLC, successor in interest by conversion to
CENTURY EQUIPMENT COMPANY, INC., .
a limited liability company organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of Utah, the GRANTOR and
WJW HOLDINGS, LLLP,
a North Dakota limited liability lbnited partnership,
whose address is c/o P.O. Box 7062 Fargo, ND 58106
as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:
Lot 48 of Alpine Village Subdivision No.1, Plat 2, Amended, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight. or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer, the day and year first above written.
