WHEREAS, Lawrence L. Ward, as the Guardian of the person and
Conservator of the Estate of Michael N. Ward, the surviving husband of
Lorna C. Ward, deceased did:
1. File his Petition in accord with Wyoming Statutes Ann. 1977 §2-1-
205;

3. Filed his Notice of Probate of Estate in Summary Procedure for
Distributing of Real Estate, which was theteafter published in the Kemmerer
Gazette. a paper of general circulation, published at Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, for two (2) consecutive weeks.
AND THE COURT HAVING HEARD the matter presented herein,
together with any written objections to said Petition, and all other evidence
properly brought to the attention of the Court, upon the date recorded below,

THE COURT HA VING FOUND the Petition of the Petitioner did
represent truly the administration and condition of said estate, and that
Lawrence L. Ward as Guardian of the person and Conservator of the Estate
of Michael N. Ward, the deceased's husband, is the heir at law of Lorna C.
Ward, and Lawrence L. Ward as the Guardian of the person and Conservator
of the Estate of Michael N. Ward, is entitled to One Hundred percent (100%)
of the Deceased's real and personal property.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED:
1. That the Deceased's interest in the following described real

Lawrence L. Ward as the Guardimt of the person and Conservator of
the Estate of Michael N. Ward; to w:t:
The following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and
State of Wyoming as follows:
Lot 17 and Lot 18, of the Taylor 5th Subdivision as filed, and platted
in the Lincoln COUIIty Clerk's Office in Kemmerer, Wyoming.
Containing 2.47 acres, more or les~. With all appurtenances and
buildings and structures, and improvements thereon.
Also the 1993 modular home on the. above-described property,
described as follows: Make - Limited, Year 1993, VIN number
L9377B20SNI3888A&B. Including all furnishings therein, stove,
dishwasher, blinds, curtains, fridg , and air conditioner.
