That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by

Wyoming as described on the official plat No. 167-C filed August 1, 2005 as
Instrument No. 910442 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however,to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
