Quitclaim Deed
KNOV\l ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Arnold O. Baxter, of the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in corlsideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00)
and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby
confessed and acknowledged, has remised. released, conveyed and quitclaimed
and by these presents does for his heirs, executors and administrators, remis,
release and forever quitclaim unto Kevin D. Baxter and April L. Baxter, husband
and wife, whose address is 5404 E. Aurelia Court, Simi Valley, CA 93063, all
such right, titre, interest, property, pos<:ession, claim and demand, as he may
have or ought to have, in and to the following described premises to-wit:
A Tract of land in Section 12, T33N, R119W, known as Tract (C),
and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point N47°40'W, 20'15' to point (1), thence N13°0'W,
170' to (2), thence N6°50'W, 200' to (3), thence N2°30'W, 121' to
(4), thence N88°30'E, 188' to (5), thence S37°35'W, 130' to (6),
thence S9°15'W, 158' to (7), thence S14°0'W, 217' to (1), the point
of beginning, point being N4r40'W, 2015' from the South Quarter
Corner of Section 12, containing .97,acres, more or less

N36°40'W, 2840 feet, thence N8°35'E, 114.3 feet from the, S1/4
Corner of Section 12, T33N, R11HW, 6th P.M., Wyoming, and
running thence N12°30'E, 114.33 feet, thence N89°30'E, 726.0
feet, thence S20030'W, 122.0 feet, thènce S89°30'W, 709.0 feet to
the point of beginning and containing 1.81 acres, more or less, a/so
known élS Tract F on a plat thereof prepared by Ivan L. Call,
P.E.&L.S. No. 274, as of August 5, 1977
