qualified and acting Deputy Sheriff of Lincoln C()unty, Wyoming.
2. That the Mortgagee caused a notice of the following described mortgage
foreclosure sale to be published once a week for four consecutive weeks, in the Star
Valley Independent, a newspaper printed, published and of general circulation in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the said publication having been made on
September 8, September 15, September 22, and September 29, 2005; that said Notice of
Mortgage Foreclosure Sale was given in the manner and for the time required by law;
that all acts had and done hereunder were in accordance with and conformity to the
requirement of law in such case made and provided; and that Proof of Publication of
said Notice of Mortgage Foreclosure Sale, together with a true copy of said Notice, is
attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A", and by this reference made a part hereof.
3. That on the 4th day of October, 2005, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m. at the
front door of the Courthouse of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in Kemmerer,
Wyoming, the same being also the place.ofholding Court in said County, and at public
venue, to the highest bidder for cash, he offered the sale the following described lands as

4. That said lands were sold pursuant to the above provisions of the Notice of
Mortgage Foreclosure Sale hereinabove described, and under and by virtue of the power
of sale and authority contained in that certain mortgage deed, dated August 8, 2004,
made, executed and delivered by Shelby Leigh Moomey, an unmarried woman, and
Chancy D. Guthrie, an unmarried man, as Mortgagors, to Salt River Homes, LLC, as
Mortgagee, which mortgage deed was filed for record in the Office of the County Clerk
and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds within and for Lincoln County, Wyoming, in Book 565
at Page 55 ("Mortgage I") and in promissory instrument dated August 8, 2004; and that
the debt secured by said mortgage deed at the time of said sale, including principal,
interest, advances, fees, costs and expenses of foreclosure was the actual sum of

Mortgage Foreclosure Sale hereinabove described, and under and by virtue of the power
of sale and authorirj contained in that certain mortgage deed, dated August 8, 2004,
made, executed and delivered by Shelby Leigh Moomey, an unmarried woman, and
Chancy D. Guthrie, an unmarried man, as Mortgagors, to Salt River Homes, LLC, as

6. That before the allowance and addition to the sum of $2.500.00 to the
aforesaid mortgage debt as attorney fees and costs, there was duly filed with the
aforesaid Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming affiant herein, by Joshua T. Smith of
Bowers & Associates Law Offices, PC, Attorney at Law, and attorney admitted generally
to practice in the State of Wyoming and representing the Mortgagee, an affidavit duly
made and executed pursuant to the provisions of Section 34-3-112, W.S. 1977, and
executed true copy of which affidavit is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B", and by this
reference made a part hereof. .
7. That prior to the aforesaid sale of the within described lands and premises,
there was also duly filed with said Sheriff, affiant herein, by said Joshua T. Smith,
Attorney representing Mortgagee, an affidavit of mailing of Notice of Intent to
Foreclosure Mortgage by Advertisement and Sale, and affidavit being duly made and
executed pursuant to the provisions of Section 34-4-103, W.S., 1977, an executed true
copy of which affidavit is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "C", and by this reference

made a part hereof.
8. That said Salt River Homes LLC, being the purchaser of all the above
described lands and premises as aforesaid, its successors and assigns, will be entitled to
a deed for said lands and premises on and after the 3rd day of February, 2005, said date
being after the expiration of three (3) months plus thirty (30) days from the date of sale,
unless the same shall be redeemed prior to the date as provided by law.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to WYO STAT. 34-4-104 and 34-4-105,
that a certain Mortgage dated August 8, 2004, which was executed and delivered by
Shelby Leigh Moomey and Chancy D. Guthrie, will be foreclosed by a sale to the highest
bidder at a public auction 9f the premises described pursuant to the power of sale
contained in the M()rtgage. If you, as the Mortgagor, wish to contest said sale, then you
must challenge said sale by filing a lawsuit in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Shelby Leigh Moomey, an unmarried woman, and Chancy D. Guthrie, an
unmarried man, have defaulted in the terms oftbe Note and Mortgage, and as of the
date of this Notice, the undersigned claims an outstanding balance of seventeen
thousand nine hunàred ninety five dollars and fourteen cents ($17,995.14), as of August
22, 2005. Interest continues to accrue on the unpaid balance at the rate of four dollars
and seventy cents ($4.70), per day.
In addition tü the unpaid principal, interest and accruing interest, the Mortgagor
is seeking the costs and reasonable attorney fees associated with the collection and
foreclosure of this Mortgage in the amount of one thousand two hundred and fifty
dollars and no cents ($1,250.00).
This communication and publication is an attempt to collect a debt. Any
information obtained will be used for that purposes.

Wyoming; that I am the attorney for Salt River Homes LLC and representing Salt River
Homes LLC in it's foreclosure of certain real property as described in the Mortgages
recorded in Book 565 at Page 55 and Book 568 at Page 146 of the official records of the
Lincoln County Clerk. In said such mortgages Shelby Leigh Moomey, an unmarried
woman, and Chancy D. Guthrie, an unmarried man, were the mortgagors, in favor of
Salt River Homes LLC.
2. This Affidavit is stating that the prerequisite to foreclosure as required in W.S.
§ 34-4-103 has been met by Salt River Homes LLC in it's foreclosure against Shelby
Leigh Moomey and Chancy D. Guthrie.
3. That Shelby Leigh Moomey and Chancy D. Guthrie were given notice by the
mortgagee, Salt River Homes LLC of their intent to foreclose the mortgages against
them recorded in Book 565 at Page 55 and Book 568 at Page 146 and in the Promissory
document dated August 8, 2004 as follows:
A. On September 1, 2005, the mortgagors Shelby Leigh Moomey, an unmarried
woman, and Chancy D. Guthrie, an unmarried man, were given notice by a certified
letter written by John D. Bowers stating that the mortgagee, Salt River Homes LLC
intended to foreclose upon their real property described herein.
B. On September 19, 2005, Shelby Leigh Moomey signed the certified mail card
indicating receipt of the letter stating that the mortgagee, Salt River Homes LLC
intended to foreclose upon the real property described herein.
C. Upon information and belief of the attorney for Salt River Homes LLC, Joshua
T. Smith, the prerequisite requirements to foreclosure against Shelby Leigh Moomey
and Chancy D. Guthrie on the property described in the Mortgages recorded in Book 565
at Page 55 and Book 568 at Page 146 of the official records of the Lincoln County Clerk
