WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that MARVIN FRANCIS
ESSENMACHER, a married man as his sole and ~eparate property, Grantor, of 2444 Bedford-
Tumerville County Road 123, Bedford, Wyoming 83112, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to MARVIN ESSENMACHER,
TRUSTEE of The Marvin Essenmacher Living Revocable Trust dated April 2, 2005, Grantee,
and his successors and assigns, the follo\ving descr:hed real property situate in Bedford, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, said real property being more particularly described as follows:
Lot 2 of Scott's View Subdivision, as '·,hown on the plat filed on July 7, 2003, as
Instrument No. 891364, Plat No. 221-D, in the Office of the County Clerk, Lincoln
County, Wyoming.

appertaining theœunto.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, exceptions,
easements, and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Vvyoming.
