~ay of September, 2005, Ihe- above matter came on for hearing before the
Court, pursuant to prior assignment and order, on the petition of Timothy S. Heil seeking to have

probate proceedings conducted in the District Cour:t, County of Boulder, State of Colorado in the
estate of the above named Decedent admitted in this Court as a probate of said estate by this Court,
and the Court having reviewed the file of record herein and being duly advised in the premises,
makes the following tindings:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. That the certified copies of the proceedings had in the District Court, County of Boulder,
State of Colorado, as filed with the aforesaid petition are sufficient and in accordance with
the requirements of § 2-11-201 W.S.
2. That the aforesaid Decedent died seized ofcertain assets located in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming.
3. That said assets were not in excess of a value of $150,000 at the date of death of the

Decedent.
4. Those assets located in the State of Wyoming are as follows:
A promissory note dated February 2, 1998 that was secured by a
mortgage dated that same day on Lot 5 ufthe Eubank: Foothill Estates
Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official
plat thereof.
5. That due and proper notice of these proceedings has been given, in accordance with § 2-11-
201 W.S., and proof thereof by Affidavit of Publication is on file of record herein.
6. That there is on file of record herein a certificate showing no inheritance tax due, as issued
by the Inheritance/Estate Tax Administrator ofthe Inheritance Tax Department ofthe State
of Wyoming.
7. That no objections, written or oral, have been presented to the Court by any creditor ofthe
Decedent, or by any other party whomsoever, to the admission of the aforesaid probate
proceedings to record in this Court.
Based upon the aforesaid, the Court makes the following:
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
1. That the Court has full and complete jurisdiction over the subject matter and all interested
Parties in this cause.
2. That the fileofrecordhereiri is complete and meets all the requirements of§ 2-11-201 W.S.
for the relief prayed for in the petition.
3. That the Petitioner is entitled to relief as prayed for in the Petition heretofore filed herein.

ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the certified copies of
the proceedings in the estate of the above named Decedent had and conducted in the District Court,
County of Boulder, State of Colorado, as filed with Petitioner's petition herein, be in the same
hereby are admitted to record in this Court.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said certified copies shall
from this day forward be considered and treated as original proceedings in this Court and shall be
conclusive evidence of the facts therein shown.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that at the aforesaid date of
death ofthe Decedent, the distributee entitled to tlùsestate is:

Therefore, it is ordered the mortgage dated February 2, 1998 that was executed by Timothy S. Rei!
and Alexandra M. Heil, Husband and Wife to Dorothy A. Heil on March 11, 1998 and recorded on
March 16, 1998 in the office of the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk and Ex -Officio Registrar of
Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in Book 409 PR at Page 73 as Instrument Number 0849030
shall be released in full or deemed satisfied and discharged pursuant to the Decedent's Last Will and
Testament.
IT IS FURTRER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that a certified copy ofthis
order should be recorded in the Office of the County Clerk; and thereafter, the order and record
thereof shall be presumptive evidence of title apd authority for Timothy S. Heil, Personal
