thé Town of LaBarge, formerly Tulsa, Lincoln County,
Wycming as described on the official plat thereof
with an address of
568 Oak Street, LaBarge, WY'83123
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances th,ereto,
which was sold at a foreclosure sale on May 24, 2005, and the Certificate of Sale
was filed on May 24, 2005, in/as Book 586 at Page 140 in the records of the
County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
Assignee shall be substtuted in the full place and stead of Assignor
and shall take all legal action he may deem proper or necessary in connection
with the Certificate of Sale assigned.
All acts, assignments and transfers under this assignment and all
rights of the parties under this assignment shall be governed by the laws of the
State of Wyoming.
All agreements of ,the parties are contained in this assignment
which cannot be modified except by written instrument signed by all parties.
