WARRANTY DEED
Harvey L. Stolp and Kathryn A Stolp, husband and wife, Grantors, Madison, Alabama, for
and in consideration ofTen dollars ($10,00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to James K. Lubing and JiJl
E. Lubing, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, whose address is P.O, Box 3549, Jackson,
Wyoming 83001, Grantees, the following-described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State
of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 86 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 6, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof
and the said Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantees that Grantors are lawfully seized of
said prernises; that they are riee from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements and

encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestcad
exemption laws of this state.
