KAREN MARIE WILKES being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes and
states as follows:
1. On or about the 10h day of March, 1982, my Grandmother, Gussie R.
Bjorkman died, as is evidenced by the official certificate of death attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference.
2. At the time of my Grandmother's death, she had a life estate in certain
real property with my Grandfather, Victor Emanual Bjorkman, said real property being
located in the County of Lincoln State of Wyoming, and more particularly described as

follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest Corner of Lot One (1) in Block Seven (7) of the Afton
Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence South 10 Rods; thence East 5
Rods thence North 10 Rods; thence West 5 Rods, to the point of beginning, together with
water rights and improvements.
3. On or about the 11th day of November 1989, my Grandfather, Victor
Emanual Bjorkman died as evidenced by the Affidavit of Survivorship recorded with the
Lincoln County Clerk on September 26,2005, in Book 599 pages 122-124.
4. By reason of thè death of both Gussie R. Bjorkman and Victor E.
Bjorkman, the life estate shall be terminated.

I, Karen Marie Wilkes have personal knowledge of the above facts, as
Gussie R. Bjorkman and Victor E. Bjorkman are the parents of my mother Gwen
Bjorkman Welty, and I am the Personal Representative of the estate of Gwen Bjorkman
Welty.
