to lands owned by G~tee within Section 23, Township 36 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
Said pennanent easement shall run with the land and shall be perpetual so long as it is used for the purposes
described herein.

ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT
A Strip of Land 60 feet in width located in the NE1/4 of Section 23, Township 36
North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeasterly Comer of that parcel described in Book
149 PR, page 730, records of Lincoln County;
Thence along the easterly boundary line of said record parcel,
S05°47'39"E, 125.50 feet to the northeasterly comer of that parcel
described in Book 274 PR, page 450, records of Lincoln County;
Thence continuing S05°47'39"E along the easterly boundary line of said
parcel in Book 274 PR page 450, 63.31 feet;
Thence N84°12'24"E, 60.00 feet;
Thence N05°47'39"W, 185.50 feet to a point on the southerly right-of-
way line of Lincoln County Road No. 106;
Thence along said right-of-way line, S87°21 '46"W, 60.09 feet to the
