woman as her sole and separate property, JEFFERY N. LUTHI, a single man; and JOAN
BROG, a married woman as her sole and separate property, tenants in common; and GARRY
KENNINGTON and, JOYCE KENNINGTON, husband and wife; GRANTORS, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released, and forever quitclaimed unto
EILEEN HYDE, a married woman as her sole and separate property, GRANTEE, and her heirs
and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim, and demand as they
may have or ought to have in and to all of the following described property, to wit:
See Exhibit A, titled "DESCRIPTION FOR EILEEN HYDE SOUTH TRACT",
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
Spouses not shown on title are signing below solely for the purposes of releasing and
waiving any rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.

That part of the NY2NW'14 of Section 7, T32N R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being
part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 215 of
Photostatic Records on page 35, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the west line of said Section 7, NOoo-05'-00"E, 3.00 feet from
the southwest corner of said NY2NW'14;
thence NOO° -05' -OO"E, 528.72 feet, along said west line, to a spike;
thence N89° -3 7' -15"E, 164.25 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to a point at a
fence corner;
thence SOoo-15'-28"E, 91.39 feet, along said fence line, to a point at a fence corner;
thence S89°-53' -37"E, 2028.21 fèet, along said fence line, to a point;
thence SOoo -05' -OO"W, 437.56 feet, to a point on an existing fence line;
thence N89°-55'-27"W, 2193.00 feet, along said fence line, in part, to the SPIKE OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of22.40 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the NW'14 of Section 7, T32N
R118W, being NOoo-05'-00"E;
SUBJECT to an easement for U.S. Highway 89;
each "comer" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFT ON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate
details;
each "spike" marked by a 3/8" x 12" steel spike referenced by a 5/8" x 24" steel
reinforcing rod with 2" aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON
