That LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation does hereby certify that the certain
mortgage bearing date 25th day of August , 19 94 ,made and
executed by Marilyn Mansfield AS MORTGAGORS to LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a Nevada
Corporation, as MORTGAGEE conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the
payment of $ 20,700.00 Dollars therein stated, which mortgage was recorded on the~
21st day of March , 1995, in Book 366 PR Page 179 Number_
799371 of the Official Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and mortgaging the
following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
Lot 8 of STAR VALLEY RANCH PLAT 16
with the Note secured thereby on the aforementioned date, are fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharged. That in consideration thereof, the said MORTGAGEE does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said MORTGAGORS, their successors and assigns, the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument has been executed this 15th day
of September, 2005.
