RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation does hereby certify that the certain
mortgage bearing date 15th day of November , 20 01 , made and
executed by Randi M. and Karen N. Smith AS MORTGAGORS to LEISURE VALLEY,
INC., a Nevada Corporation, as MORTGAGEE conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as
security for the payment of $ 14.400.00 Dollars therein stated, which mortgage was
recorded on the 12th day of March , 2002, in Book 485 PR Page 094
Number 879623 of the Official Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
Lot 39 of STAR VALLEY RANCH PLAT 16
with the Note secured thereby on the aforementioned date, are fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharged. That in consideration thereof, the said MORTGAGEE does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said MORTGAGORS, their successors and assigns, the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument has been executed this 15th day
of September, 2005,
