I, Kenny Petersen, being of lawful age and duly sworn according to law,
upon my oath, depose and state:
That under the date of November 20, 1974, for valuable consideration,
Ella L. Hunsaker, a widow, by deed of that date, which deed was duly filed of
record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, on April 2, 1975, in Book 117 of
Photostatic Records on Page 681, conveyed to Ella L. Hunsaker and Gwen H.
Petersen, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common with full rights of
survivorship, the following described property to-wit:
Lot 4 in Block 10 of the Town of Cokeville, Lincoln County,
Wyoming'
That by reason of said conveyance aforesaid, the said Ella L. Hunsaker
and Gwen H. Petersen became the owners of said real property, and title thereto
vested in them continuously from the date of said conveyance to the date of
death of Ella L. Hunsaker, also known as Ella Blanch Larsen Hunsaker, on the
14th day of September, 1986. That by reason of and upon the death of Ella L.
Hunsaker, title to the above described real property vested absolutely in Gwen H.
Petersen.
Affiant avers and certifies that Ella L. Hunsaker, is the identical party
named with Gwen H. Petersen in the aforementioned deed, whose death
terminated her interest, title and estate in said real property; and Affiant attaches
hereto and makes a part of this affidavit, a copy of the Official Certificate of Death
of said decedent, duly certified by the public authority in which said death
certificate is a matter of record.
