and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to MARGUERITE
DANELUK, as Trustee of the MARGUERITE DANELUK TRUST dated October
14, 2005, Grantee, whose address is of 105 Willow Ave, Kemmerer, WY
83101, the following-described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of Lot No. 12 of
Block No. 5 of the Willow Addition to the Town of
Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming; thence S
85°22' E, 50.00 feet; thence N 04°38' E, 50.00 feet to
the point of beginning; thence N 04°38' E, 91.29 feet;
thence S 85°22' E, 208.71 feet; thence S 05°19' E, 91.29
feet; thence N 85°22' W, 207.62 feet to the point of
beginning.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
