we the undersigned, Deon F. Heiner and Cheryl V. Heiner,
trustees of the Deon F. Heiner and Cheryl V. Heiner Family
Revocable Trust dated May 16, 1997, whose address is P.O. Box
451, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, Quinn R. Heiner and Hyesoon H.

according to law do hereby make the following statement of facts
and affirm:
That we are trustees and/or partners for the owners and
proprietors of real property shown hereon as referred to in the
