Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good and
Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Tristan Fluharty and Lisa Heiser
Grantees, whose mailing address is 1131-A Ninth West Avenue, Kemmerer, WY
83101, the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State to-wit:
A parcel of land situated within Lot 8, Block 10 of the Lincoln Heights 4th
Subdivision to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming and being more
particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 8 and running thence South
70.86 feet along the east line of said Lot 8 to the point of beginning;
thence East 130.00 feet to a point on the West line of said Lot 8;
thence South 79.39 feet along the West line of said Lot 8 to the Southwest corner
of said Lot 8;
thence East 130.00 feet along the South line of said Lot 8 to the Southeast
corner of said Lot 8;
thence North 79.36 feet along the east line of said Lot 8 to the point of beginning
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record,
of sight or in use.
