SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
For Value Received Exchange 05-2990, LLC, an Idaho Limited Liability Company
Hereinafter called Grantor, hereby grants, bargains, sells and conveys unto Lynn R. Brown and
Myrna \\1. Brown Purchaser
whose address is: P.O. Box 61, Macks Inn, ill 83433
Hereinafter called the Grantee, the following described premises situated in LincolnCounty,
Wyoming, to-wit:
Part of Lots 3 and 4 of Block 24 to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is 322 feet East from the Southwest corner of said Block 24 and
running thence North 165 feet;
thence East 100 feet;
thence South 165 feet;
thence West 100 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
ALSO
Part of Lot 3 of Block 24 to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly
described as follow:
BEGINNING at a point which is 263.5 feet East from the Southwest corner of said Block 24
and running thence North 165 feet;
thence East 58.5 feet;
thence South 165 feet;
thence West 58.5 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Grantor does hereby covenant with Grantee, his heirs, successors and assigns, that
Grantor will warrant and defend the said granted premises against the lawful claims and
demands of all persons claiming by, through and under Grantor, but against no other
claims and no other persons, including predecessors in title.
