RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation does hereby certify that the certain
mortgage bearing date 25th day of September , 20 01 , made and
executed by Carl C. Markwood, Jr. AS MORTGAGORS to LEISURE VALLEY, INC.,
a Nevada Corporation, as MORTGAGEE conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security
for the payment of $ 5.400.00 Dollars therein stated, which mortgage was recorded on the
29th day of November , 2001, in Book 478 PR Page 265 Number_
877650 of the Official Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and mortgaging the
following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
Lot 15 of STAR VALLEY RANCH PLAT FIVE (5)
If
with the Note secured thereby on the aforementioned date, are fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharged. That in consideration thereof, the said MORTGAGEE does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said MORTGAGORS, their successors and ,assigns, the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
