RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation does hereby certify that the certain
mortgage bearing date 28th day of September , 19 96 ,made and
executed by Donald B. & Rosemarv Zaharias AS MORTGAGORS to LEISURE
VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation, as MORTGAGEE conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $ '12,600.00 Dollars therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded on the 24th day of December , 1996, in Book 392 PR
Page 74 Number 830924 of the Official Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
! l. Lot 406 of STAR VALLEY RANCH RV PARK PLAT ONE (1)
with the Note secured thereby on the aforementioned date, are fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharged. That in consideration thereof, the said MORTGAGEE does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said MORTGAGORS, their successors and ,assigns, the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument has been executed this 14th day
of October, 2005.
