receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEy AND WARRANT to

Alpine, California 91901,'.GRANTEES, the following described real estate,
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and
releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of

recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln County,

tenements, ihereditaments, appurtenances and

covenants, Conditions, restrictions, reservations,
encroachments, rights-of-way and easements of
sight and/or record.
