The Grantor acknowledges that Electnc and Magnt::rie Fields (EMF) are naturall) occurriog in the
transmission or distnòution of electricity, and that the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EIYlF testi 19
and infonnajon is avaHable UpOll request from the Grantee, This Easement by Grantor is int.cnded to
include 60 !nuel! space as is necessary or appropriate te the presence of EMF and reasonable operation of
the: Gfllntec's distribuUon lines.
Grantor agrees that all poles, wires and other reciJities, installed on or under tht:: described Jands .h~l1
