hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption

Being the same property conveyed in a deed to the Grantors recorded
March 29, 2004 in Book 550 on page 906 of the Official Records of
Lincoln County Clerk.
That part of Section 28, T36N Rl19W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, described on Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel
labeled "Mortensen Family Trust dated 19 September 2000 Wilkes Ranch
Tract" dated December 12,2003 and revised January 28,2004.
TOGETHER WITH the right of ingress and egress as reserved in
instrument recorded July 16, 1997 in Book 399PR on page 427 of the
Oftìcial Records of Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
