ROSS LAMOINE JOHNSON being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and
states as follows:
1. On or about the 12th day of August 1980, my wife, Edith W. Johnson,
died, as is evidenced by the official certificate of death attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference.
2. At the time of her death my wife jointly owned certain real property with
me, said real property being located in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and ,
more particularly described as follows:
SW1I4SW1I4 (excepting there from a tract of land described as follows:
Beginning at the SE Corner of said SW1I4SW1/4, thence running No.1 rod, thence W. 1
rod, thence S. 1 rod, thence East 1 rod to the pt. of beginning) in Section 25:
SE1I4SE1I4 of Section 26, Twp. 33N. R. 119W of the 6th P.M. containing 79.993 acres,
more or less.
The above described 79.993 acres is subject to a Federal Land Bank mortgage, in original
amount of $3500.00
Also: The S1I2 SE1I4 of Section 22, and the South 20 acres of the N1I2SE1I4 of Section
22, twp. 33N. R. 119W. Also the SW1I4 of Section 22, Twp. 33N. R. 1119W; ALSO:
NE1I4SE1I4 and So. 20 acres of the SE 1I4NE1I4 of Section 21, Twp. 33N. R. 119W.
Total acreage conveyed - 399.993.
Together with all water and water rights, ditches and ditch rights, improvements,
pipelines and all appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining.
Said real property was originally conveyed to ROSS JOHNSON and EDITH
JOHNSON, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, by
Warranty Deed dated July 23, 1957, and recorded in the Office of the LincolnCounty

3. Also, at the time of her death my wife jointly owned certain real property
with me, said real property being located in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and more particularly described as follows:
NE1I4SE1I4 and So. 20 acres of SE1I4NE1I4 of Section 21, Twp. 33N R. 119W.
Together with all water and water rights, ditches and ditch rights, improvements and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining.
Said real property was originally conveyed to ROSS JOHNSON and EDITH JOHNSON,
husband and wife, not as tenants in common, but joint tenants, with full right of
survivorship, by Warranty Deed dated October 24, 1957, and recorded in the Office of
the Lincoln County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds on November 2, 1957 in
Book 25P.R. Page 170.
4. By reason of my wife's death, I am entitled to sole ownership of the
above-mentioned real property.
