WALLACE S. DEVEY, being first duly sworn deposes and says:
1. That he is the surviving joint tenant of JANIEL M. DEVEY deceased.
2. That he knows of his own knowledge that JANIEL MARILYN FOX DEVEY, as
named in the attached Certificate of Death, was one and the same person as JANIEL M. DEVEY
of record on the following described property located in L:f\·\'.\V'\ County, State of Wí ~, as
recorded in Entry No. 476056, Book 1 24PR, Page 51 (the "Property"):
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 8 and 9, Robert Louis Strout Subdivision, being a part of the
SE~, Section 29, Township 37 North, Range 118 West, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, as per recorded plat in Lincoln County courthouse.
3. Accordingly, Affiant, WALLACE S. DEVEY, as surviving joint tenant is now the
sole owner of the Property and the records of the Wyoming County Recorder should reflect the
same.
