TillS QUITCLAIM DEED entered this day of October, 2005 by first party,

Wyoming, to wit:
Commencing at Corner Number 1: a sandstone 24x6x4 inches set
18 inches in the ground, from which the S 1/4 corner of Section 33,
Township 29 North, Range 117 West ,bears N 2D37 WE, 4194.83
feet distance; thence South 385 feet to the point of beginning;
thence South 385 feet; thence West 569 feet; thence North 385
feet; thence East 569 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 5.02
acres, more or less.

Subject to all reservations of mineral rights and oil and gas rights of
record.
Also, reserving the right of egress and ingress over the two (2)
roadways which run through the above-described property, 40 feet
in width, and the right to maintain said roads to all land owners in
Griggs 1 and 2 patented claim in perpetuity.
