WARRANTY DEED
REX HYDE and EILEEN HYDE, husband and wife, Grantors of County of
Salt Lake, and State of Utah, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to REX HYDE, EILEEN HYDE, STANLEY SCHMIDT
and KARLA SCHMIDT, tenants in common; Grantees of County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, the following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:

SURVEYOR SCHERBEL, LTD., attached hereto
and made part of this document by reference and

BEGINNING at a spike on the west line of said Section 7, NOoo-05'-00"E, 3.00 feet from
the southwest comer of said NYzNW~;
thence NOO° -05' -OO"E, 528.72 feet, along said west line, to a spike;
thence N89°-37'-15"E, 164.25 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to a point at a
fence comer;
thence SOoo-15'-28"E, 91.39 feet, along said fence line, to a point at a fence comer;
thence S89°-53' -3T'E, 2028.21 feet, along said fence line, to a point;
thence SOoo-05'-00"W, 437.56 feet, to a point on an existing fence line;
