convey to you, with power of sale on 1178 Fontenelle Creek Road, LaBarge, WY 83123 the real estate
described below and all rights, easements, appurtenances, rents, leases and improvements and fixtures that
may now or at any time in the future be part of the property (all called the "property").
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 1178 Fontenelle Creek Road, LaBarge, WY 83123
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: A parcel ofland located in Tract 51, T24N Rl14W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, more Particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeasterly comer of said parcel, an Aluminum Cap Monument hereinafter
abbreviated "ACM" lying N 3303'53" W, 434.65 feet from comer number 2, Tract 51, said comer 2, being
a GLO brass cap monument per the approved resurvey plat; thence N 73 10'46" W, 230 feet along the
Southwesterly boundary of said parcel, to an ACM for the southwesterly comer of said parcel; then N 16
49'14" E, 189.39 feet to an ACM for the Northwesterly comer of said parcel; thence S 73 10'46" E, 230
feet to an ACM for the Northeasterly comer of said parcel; thence S 1649' 14" W, 189.39 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
Located in Lincoln County, State of WYOMING.
TITLE: I covenant and warrant title to the property, except for encumbrances of record, municipal and
zoning ordinances, current taxes and assessments are not yet due.
SECURED DEBT: This mortgage secures repayments of the secured debt and the perfonnance of the
covenants and agreements contained in this mortgage and in any other document incorporated herein.
Secured debt, as used in this mortgage, includes any amounts I may at any time owe you under this
mortgage, the instruments or agreement described below, any renewal, refmancing, extension or
modification of such instruments or agreement, and, if applicable, the future advances described below.
The secured debt is evidenced by (describe the instruments or agreement secured by this mortgage and the
date thereof:) The property and improvements located at 1178 Fontenelle Creek Road, LaBarge, WY
83123.
The above obligation is due and payable on April 14, 2006 ifnot paid earlier.
The total unpaid balance secured by this mortgage at anyone time shall not exceed a maximum principal
amount of 159,500 dollars plus interest, and all other amounts, plus interests, advanced under the terms of
this mortgage to protect the security of this mortgage or to perfonn any of the covenants and agreements
contained in this mortgage.
o Future Advances: The above amount is secured even though all or part of it may not yet be
advanced. Future advances are contemplated and will be made in accordance with the terms of the note or
loan agreement evidencing the secured debt and will have priority to the same extent as if made on the date
this mortgage is executed.
o Variable Rate: The interest rate on the obligation secured b this mortgage may vary according to
the tenns of that obligation
o A copy of the loan agreement containing the tenn under which the interest rate may vary
is attached to this mortgage and made a part hereof.

mortgage. In any instruments evidencing the secured debt and in any riders described above and signed by
