Brent Beckstead, being of lawful age and duly sworn according to law, upon my oath, depose and state: That under the date October 10, 1996, John Thomas Tobin and Heidi Tobin, husband and wife, and J.E. Browning and Frances A. Browning, husband and wife, by deed of that date, which deed was duly filed of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, on October 21, 1996, in Book 389 of Photostatic Records on Page 532, conveyed to Sheldon G. Beckstead and Verda B. Beckstead as Trustees, or their successors in trust, under the Sheldon G. Beckstead Family Trust by trust Agreement dated the 25th day of October, 1994, the following described property situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit: See attached description for Beckstead Tract in accordance with survey by Surveyor Scherbel, Ltd. , ~' (1 That by reason of said conveyance aforesaid, Sheldon G. Beckstead and Verda B. Beckstead as Trustees, or their successors in trust, under the Sheldon G. Beckstead Family Trust by trust Agreement dated the 25th day of October, 1994, became the owner of the above described land, and title thereto vested continuously in the trustees from the date of conveyance described in said deed to the date of death of Sheldon G. Beckstead, also known as Sheldon Gayle Beckstead, on the 21st day of June, 2001, and the subsequent death of Verda B. Beckstead, also known as Verda Bodrero Beckstead, on the 27th day of June, 2002. That by reason of and upon the deaths of Sheldon G. Beckstead and Verda B. Beckstead and pursuant to Section 6. of the terms of the trust, title to the above described real property vested absolutely in S. Brent Beckstead, as the successor trustee. 17 J Affiant avers and certifies that Sheldon G. Beckstead and Verda B. Beckstead are the identical parties named in the aforementioned deed whose death terminated their interest, title and estate in said real property; and Affiant attaches hereto and makes a part of this affidavit, a copy of the Official Certificates of Death of said decedents, duly certified by the public authority in which said death certificate is a matter of record.
