Beckstead Family Trust by trust Agreement dated the 25th day of October, 1994, of the County of B1nr'tLY , State of Idaho, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents does remis, release and forever quitclaim unto Sheldon Brent Beckstead and Afton Diane Beckstead, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, whose address is 7983 E. Old Oregon Trail Road, Lava Hot Springs, 10 83246, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as the trust may have or ought to have, in and to the following described premises to-wit: See attached description for Beckstead Tract in accordance with survey by Surveyor Scherbel, Ltd. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
