Quitclaim Deed
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That S. Brent Beckstead
Trustee, under the Sheldon G. Beckstead Family Trust by trust Agreement dated
the 25th day of October, 1994, of the County of B1nr'tLY , State of
Idaho, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has
remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents does remis,
release and forever quitclaim unto Sheldon Brent Beckstead and Afton Diane
Beckstead, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, whose address is
7983 E. Old Oregon Trail Road, Lava Hot Springs, 10 83246, all such right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as the trust may have or ought
to have, in and to the following described premises to-wit:
See attached description for Beckstead Tract in accordance with survey by
Surveyor Scherbel, Ltd.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.

To have and to hold the said premises unto the said Sheldon Brent
Beckstead and Afton Diane Beckstead to their own proper use and behoof
forever. So that neither the trust, nor any other person in its name of behalf shall
or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the premises or any part
thereof, but they and every one of them shall by these presents by excluded and
forever barred.

that part of Tract B of the lakeview Estates Incorporated Tracts A-F, a subdivision, of
record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 157, it being the intent to
revise and more correctly describe that tract of record in said Office in Book 118 of
Photostatic Records on page 347, within the SJ,2 of Section 29, T37N, R 118\A1, and within
the incorporated limits of the Town of Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as
follows:
COMMENCING a't the "CAll CS1/16" corner of said Section 29;
thence S89° 55 '52 "\AI, the BASIS OF BEARING for this survey, 475.00 feet along the
CALL 1/16 line to the southeast point of Lot 328 of said Lakeview Estates;
thence N07°58'10"\AI, 69.96 feet, along the easterly line of said lot 328 to the south
point of lot 329 of said lakeview Estates;
thence N54°25'05"E, 48.12 feet, along the southeast line of said Lot 329 to the POINT
OF BEGINNING;
