QUITCLAIM DEED
Duane K. Hyde and Shirley A. Hyde, husband and wife, of PO Box 316, Afton, WY 83110,
grantors, for the consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
considerations, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM to David D. Hyde and Amber Hyde, husband and
wife, as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of PO Box /1 '4, Afton, WY 83110, all interest in the
following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
Beginning at the NW corner of the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 16, T32N, R119W of the
6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence South along the West
boundary of said NE1/4NE1/4 95 feet; thence East parallel to the North boundary of
said NE1/4NE1/4, 400 feet; thence North parallel to the West boundary of said
NE1/4NE1/4 and to the West boundary of the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 9, T32N,
R119W of the 6th P.M., 205 feet; thence West parallel to the North boundary of said
NE1/4NE1/4, 400 feet, more or less, to the West boundary of said SE1/4SE1/4;
(& I thence South along the West boundary of said SE 1/4SE 1/4, 110 feet, more or less,
to the point of beginning.

EXCEPTING and RESERVING unto Grantors, their heirs, successors and assigns,
for the benefit of those lands being retained by Grantors in said NE1/4NE1/4, a 45-
foot wide, perpetual, nonexclusive right-of-way easement for ingress and egress, all
underground utilities and an irrigation ditch, with the right to inspect said easement
and to construct, install, repair, operate, and maintain a roadway, underground
utilities and an irrigation ditch, said easement being more particularly described as
the South 45 feet of the West 185 feet of the property being conveyed herein as
more particularly described above.

EXCEPTING and RESERVING unto Grantors, their heirs, successors and assigns,
for the benefit of those lands being retained by Grantors in said NE1/4NE1/4, a 10-
foot wide, perpetual, nonexclusive right-of-way easement for an irrigation ditch, with
the right to inspect said easement and to construct, install, repair, operate, and
maintain an irrigation ditch, said easement being more particularly described as the
West 65 feet and the South 10 feet of the property being conveyed herein as more
particularly described above.
SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights of way
of sight or record.
THIS IS A FAMILY EXEMPTION CONVEYANCE UNDER W.S. 18-5-303(a)(i).
