That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:
Part of the SE~NE~ of Section 13, T32N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, it being the intent to more correctly describe that tract of
record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 314PR on page 746,
as follows:

BEGINNING at the Southwest point of that tract of record in said Office in Book 83PR
on page 397, on the West line of said SE~NEIA, N 00°21'01" E, 331.58 feet from the
Southwest corner of said SE JA NE ~ ;
thence N 00°21 '01" E, 140.00 feet, along said West line, to a point;
thence N 89°07'31" E, 1351.81 feet to a spike on the East line of said
SE~NEIA;
thence S 00°11 '28" E, 60.00 feet, along said East line, to a spike;
thence S 89°07'35" W, 1120.00 feet, to a point;
thence S 00°11'28" E, 80.00 feet, to a point on the South line of said tract in
Book 83PR;
thence S 89°07'35" W, 233.13 feet, along said South line, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
