Wyoming, described on Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel labeled
"Description of Doyle F. Child Family Living Revocable Trust dated 1 June 1992, Child
House Tract" dated 27 September 2005, as revised, dated 1 November, 2005.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.

CHILD HOUSE SITE
To-wit: - -
That part of Lot 2 of Block 24 of the Original Townsite of Afton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in
Book 312 of Photostatic Records on page 391, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest point of said Block 24;
thence S880-14'-08"E, 165.09 feet, along the north line of said Lot 2, to the northwest
point of that tract of record in said Office in Book 302 of Photostatic Records on page
531;
thence SOIO-47'-37"W, 165.04 feet, along the west line of said tract, to the southwest
comer thereof, marked by an "x" etched in concrete;

thence N880-16'-24"W, 33.07 feet, to a point on the east line of that tract of record in said
Office in Book 361 of Photostatic Records on page 17, marked by an "x" etched in
concrete;
thence NOl 0-47' -20"E, 38.94 feet, along said east line and a northerly extension thereof, to

thence N870-57'-23"W, 132.00 feet, to a point on the west line of said Lot 2;

each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate
details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
