DALE WELKER DRANEY, Grantor, a single man, of Olmsted County, State of Minnesota,
hereby QUIT CLAIMS to DALE WELKER DRANEY as to Ninety-Five Percent (95%) and to
SHAWN E. DRANEY and TERESA DRANEY, husband and wife, as joint tenants with full rights
of survivorship as to Five Percent (5%), Grantees, for TEN DOLLARS and other good and valuable
consideration, the following described tract ofland in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 35 and running thence South 89029'55" East 908.13 feet, along
the north line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter to a point on the
west line of Block 4 of the Auburn Townsite of record in the Office ofthe Clerk of
Lincoln County at Plat No. 110; thence South 00045148" West 1323.32 feet, along
the west line of said Block 4 and Block 5 of said Townsite, to the south line of said
Section 35; thence continuing South 00045'48" West 29.28 feet, along said west line
to the northwest pipe of Block 12 of said Townsite; thence south 0100 1'26" West
522.74 feet along the west line of said Block 12 to a point on the north line of that
tract of record in the offices of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 397 of
Photostatic Records at Page659; thence South 89057'25" West 9.70 feet along said
north line to the northwest pipe of said tract; thence South 02017'01" West 139.78
feet along the west line of said tract to the southwest pipe of said tract; thence South
89031'42" East 12.77 feet along the south line of said tract to the southwest point of
said Block 12; thence South 00059'52" West 99.00 feet to the northwest point of
Block 13 of said Townsite; thence South 00053'58" West 556.78 feet along the west
line of said Block 13 to a point on the south line of said GLO Lot 4; thence North
89053'21" West, 863.35 feet, along said south line, to the southwest corner of said
OLO Lot 4; thence North 89031'54" \Vest 1322.47 feet along the south line of said
GLO Lot 1 to the southwest corner thereof; thence continuing North 89031'54 " West
1.76 feet along the south line of GLO Lot 2 to a point on the easterly boundary of
that tract on record in the offices of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 316 of
Photostatic Records at page 236, North 00015'27" West 7.18 feet of the southeast
point of said tract; thence coursing along said easterly boundary North 00015'27"
West 1 050.51 feet; thence North 00033'43" West 300.07 feet to a point on the north
line of said GLO Lot 2; thence North 00033143" West 392.18 feet; thence North
02018157" East 906.78 feet to the northeast point of said tract and leave said east

east boundary to a point on the north line of said South Half ofthe Southeast Quarter
