CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE is made the 4'~ day of lli~ 2005, by and
between VC, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, the Grantor, and Kevin S. Orvin and
Wendy J. Orvin, husband and wife, as to an undivided % interest, and Brad A.
Pehrson and Laura Pehrson, husband and wife, as to an undivided % interest,

the Grantees;
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS
and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND
WARRANT unto the said grantee, all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land
situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming. and more particularly described as:
A tract of land located in and being a part of the NW1/4 of Section 13. T21 N, R116W of
the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, also being a part of the Foothill Trailer Park of
the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, said tract being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:

Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Foothill Trailer Park described in Warranty
Deed recorded December 30, 1992, in Book 322PR on page 346 of records of Lincoln
County Clerk, thence S89059'03"W, 954.89 feet to the easterly boundary of the U.S.
Highway 189 right of way boundary; thence S04032'W, 534.19 feet along said easterly
right of way boundary; thence N85028'W, 50.00 feet along a jog in said easterly right of
way boundary; thence along said easterly right of way boundary along a curve to the
right. the radius of which is 1502.66 feet, a distance of 101.7 feet through a central angle
of 3051'15" to the point of tangency of said curve; thence S4031'15"W, a distance of
52.48 feet to the southwest corner of the Tri-Valley tract, described in Warranty Deed
and Right of Way Easement Grant recorded March 15, 1985, in Book 224PR on page
584 of records of the said Lincoln County Clerk and the POINT OF BEGINNING of this
description; thence S04031'15"W, along said easterly right of way boundary 337.10 feet;
thence S89056'21"E, a distance of 168.26 feet; thence N04031'15"E, 334.66 feet; thence
N89006'31 "W, 1.0.00 feet to the southeast corner of said Tri-Valley tract; thence
N89006'31 "W, along the southerly boundary of said Tri-Valley tract a distance of 158.09
feet to the point of beginning, together with all buildings, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights of way of record. of sight or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed
by its duly authorized officer, the day and year first above written.
