having an address of P.O. Box 330, Diamondville, Wyoming, 83116, ("Grantor"), conveys and
quitclaims unto The. Pittsburg & Midway Coal Mining Co., a Missouri corporation, having
offices at 116 Inve;;ess Drive East, Suite 207, Englewood, CO 80112 ("Grantee"), the following
described real estate, lying in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,:
A parcel ofland in Tract 73 of the Resurvey of Section 1, T21N, R116W, 6th P.M. Lincoln
County, Wyoming, and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a brass cap marking the Southeast corner of Section 2, T21N-RI16W;

Thence S810 52' 24"E, 3409.1 feet to a point on the westerly right-of-way boundary of
U.S. Highway 189 North and also being the point of beginning;
Thence N560 39' 16'W, 67.9 feet to a point;
Thence NOo 20' 50" E, 135.3 feet to a point;
Thence N50 40' 09"E, 132.3 feet to a point;
Thence N80 40' 20"E, 72.8 feet to a point on said highway right-of-way;
Thence along said right-of-way S90 50' 56"E, 52.8 feet to a point being at a broken off
right-of-way monument;
Thence southerly along said right-of-way along a curve to the right, long chord bearing S40

Being the same property The Pittsburg & Midway Coal Mining Co. deeded to The Lincoln County
Historical Society on July 31,1986, and recorded on November 18,1986, in book 244PR, pages
742 and 743.
