the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state

of Tract 49 of the Resurvey located within the unplatted portion of the Town of

Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 1 of Block 1 of the Fairview Addition to the
Town of Kemmerer, which point is also the Northwest corner of said parcel of land and
the point of beginning;
thence due East 40 feet;
thence due South 120 feet;
thence due West 40 feet;
thence due North 120 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
