COMES NOW, Spurlock Properties, LLC, acting through it's Managing Member, David R.
Spurlock whose address is P.O, Box 3348, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, being duly sworn on oath
according to law, does hereby make the following statements of facts and affirms:
5. That Spurlock Properties, LLC is the owner of the land described under the Certificate of
Surveyor on the plat titled, "FINAL PLAT TRAIL RIDGE SUBDIVISION 3RD FILING
WITHIN SECTION 10 NY2NE'i4 SECTION 15 T36N R119W LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING", dated 25 April 2005, as revised.
6, That the undersigned has reviewed said plat.
7. That the undersigned has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Owner
thereon and the implications thereof.
8. That this affidavit is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original mylar of
said plat had been signed.
