HomeMy WebLinkAbout913479 CO[;858 AFFIDAVIT OF FORFEITURE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: A REAL ESTATE SALE/PURCHASE AGREEMENT entered into between Steven and Katrina Truempler (buyer) and Rosealie A. Martin & Charles W. Martin (seller) and recorded by notice in the records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, on 13 October 2004 in Book #570, Page #42, provides for the recording of an Affidavit of Forfeiture in Paragraph #19. 1. Seller assigned their interest in said property and SalelPurchase Agreement to the L. D. & Susan Frome Revocable Trust udt 21 March 1989 U (Frome) by an Assignment recorded on 28 July 2005 in Book #592, Page #447, and with a Warranty Deed recorded on 28 July 2005 in Book #592, Page #449. in the records of Lincoln County, Wyoming. L, /. 2. Upon the subsequent default to Frome of payments on the property by buyer, and after proper notification by Frome, as provided for in Paragraphs j #16 & #17 of said agreement, a Quitclaim Deed from buyer to seller, releasing all claim by buyer to the property, was recorded on 1 November 2005 in Book #603, Page #106, of the records of Lincoln County, Wyoming. 3. A Legal Description of said property is contained in Schedule C, attached hereto and by this reference made a part of this affidavit.
