R119W of the 6th P.M" Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds more particularly
described as follows:

Beginning at the southwest corner of the NE~NW~ of said Section 4;
thence N 88048'14" E, along the south line of said NEUNWU. 1320.68 feet to the
Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 1991 location for the northwest corner of the
SW~NEU;
thence S 01033'04" W, along the west line of said SW~NE~, 568.82 feet to the
northwest corner of the Borden property as referred to in the Deed recorded in
Book 403PR on Page 780, with said Office;
thence westerly and southeasterly along said Borden deed line the following: N
88032'12" W, 135.21 feet; S 5014'56" E, 599.07 feet and S 59019'07" E, 73.59
feet to a point in the north line of the Mignano property, as referred to in the
deed recorded in Book 573PR on Page 345, with said Office;
thence northwesterly and southeasterly along said Mignano Deed line the following: N
87033'23" W, 50.96 feet; N 79052'34" W, 266.49 feet and S 7029'29" E, 67.82
feet;
thence S 89008'01" W, parallel with the north line of the SW~ of Said Section 4,
1018.23 feet to a point in the east line of the SW IA NW U of said Section 4;
thence N 1038'23" E, along said east line, 1205.82 feet to the point of beginning.

RESERVING unto Grantors the rights of ingress, egress and utilities to their remaining property,
being 30 feet on the north side of the following described line: Beginning at the northeast corner
of the Mignano property referred to in Deed recorded in Book 573PR on Page 345, said point
being 140.38 feet N 0033'04" W, along the east line of SE~NWI.4 of said Section 4, from the
Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 1991 location for the southeast corner of the SE ~NW~; thence
along said Mignano Deed line for the following: N 87033'23" W, 50.86 feet, N 79052'34" W,
266.49 feet, and thence S 7029'29" E, 67.82 feet with the right of way lines being prolonged or
shortened to property lines.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements
and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
