RELEASE. ABANDONMENT AND VACATION OF EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Allen Keith Brown and Ruth Brown,
individually and as Co-Trustees of the Allen Keith Brown and Ruth M. Brown Trust, dated May
10, 1984 and Amended March 19, 1993 hereby release, abandon and vacate the following
described easement.
A 30 foot wide easement for ingress and egress and public, the northerly
line of said easement beginning in the easterly line of Highway U.S. 89
and described as N80040' 10"E, 155.44 feet; and S89034' 17"E, 81.83 feet;
said northerly line of said easement continuing S89028'25"E, 55.00 feet to
its easterly terminis.

The above described easement was acquired by the Browns pursuant to Warranty
Deed dated September 2, 1983. Said Warranty Deed is attached hereto as Exhibit "A"

and incorporated herein by this reference.
