WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made the 27th day of October, 2005 by and between the
BARRMORE, LLC,
a limited liability company organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR and
GARY HESS AND DEBRA HESS,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
whose address is P.O. Box 124, Smoot, WY 83126
as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:
Lot 39 of Afton Airpark Addition to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat No, 167-C filed August 1, 2005 as
Instrument No. 910442 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk_
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized offícer, the day and year first above written.
